Deliveries to the UK are free for orders over £150, for orders under £150 a fixed price of £9.96 (inclusive of VAT) is charged.
There are some items that require a two-man delivery or are palletised, so there may be an additional carriage charge for these items regardless of order value.

Dispatch times vary depending on the item being ordered. Please refer to the specific product page for dispatch details however, made-to-order items from NLXL, iBride, Lyon Benton and Mind The Gap generally have up to a two week lead time. Any quicker turnarounds noted on these items should be checked in case of production fluctuations.

For orders that are dispatched for next day delivery (such as the Anaglypta range) orders must be placed before 12 noon to be dispatched the same day.

The number of days shown for delivery refer to working days only, we currently do not deliver on a weekend.

All items are sent via a tracked courier. As such someone will need to be present at the delivery address to sign for their order.

Please note deliveries made for the Lyon Beton collection are kerb side drop offs only and additional assistance when carrying the product's may be needed due to them being heavy. This may be the case for other items too so please enquire.

If your delivery cannot be sent in a box due to the number of items ordered, and this has to be paletised, we may have to recalculate shipping fees.
