Referencing Vortex I, the rock festival held in Oregon in 1970, the OREGON STRIPES cushion has a colour palette which embodies the late summer and early autumn hues. The contrasting blue and auburn linens are complemented with a brown leather piped edge bringing harmony to the shades as they add a softness to the interior. The front is decorated with a central crest displaying a skull and two red roses hand-embroidered in brass metallic thread on a black felt base, alluding to the counterculture generation and the fight for freedom and love.
