LA MER MEDITERRANEE – Eastern Side Framed Art by Mind The Gap

A statement set of three prints showing a large vintage map of the Mediterranean shores starting from Morocco and Spain all along to Turkey and Greece. Originally called Carte Reduite de la Mer Mediterranee, this extraordinary map was created by order of the Count of Maurepas around year of 1737. Recoloured by our design team in deep indigo hues, the artwork comes printed on Litho paper, being framed with a vintage white and silver frame and finished with white slip. To be sold as a triptych, but also individually.
