Ordering & Payment
If your order has not yet been dispatched we can usually amend or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible after ordering.
Do you offer trade discounts?
Yes — we work with interior designers and trade customers. Contact us with your business details to apply for a trade account.
When is payment taken?
Payment is taken at checkout to secure stock and begin processing your order.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Orders are placed online, but if you need assistance choosing products we’re happy to help before you purchase.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by brand and product. Many items are dispatched same or next working day, others within a few working days, while made-to-order products may take longer.

There are details about delivery times on the individual items in the shop, so check there for acurate details.

Will everything arrive together?

Items from different brands may arrive separately as they ship from specialist suppliers.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes we do. Currently, we mainly supply UK customers, but please contact us if you require international delivery and we’ll advise availability. Some products are available to buy outside the UK without contacting us, just add it to the cart and choose your shipping country (if available). 

Please note, due to regularly changing tariffs, we may need to rectify delivery charges, s we would advise contacting us first to be sure.

How will I know my order has shipped?

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your items leave the supplier.

Wallpaper Questions

How many wallpaper rolls do I need?

Each wallpaper product page includes a calculator to help estimate rolls required. Always allow extra for pattern repeat and trimming.

You will receive wallpapers from the same batch (usually a batch number is shown on the label). It may be worth ordering one roll too many to put in storage, just in case you need to do a repair in the future. Batches are replaced regularly, and patterns are discontinued over time, so you won’t be able to get one of the same batch, if at all, in the future. We often get people wanting to fix damage from scuffs, leaks or DIY changes, especially when fixing up for moving home.

Are all wallpapers paste-the-wall?

No — installation methods vary by manufacturer. Always check the product details before decorating. You can always ring us if you want any help or advice.

Do colours look exactly like the photos?
Everyone’s screens are calibrated differently can alter colour tones, the same with printers. We strongly recommend ordering a sample before purchasing full rolls.
Can wallpaper be used in bathrooms or kitchens?
Some vinyl and washable wallpapers are suitable for humid rooms. Also some paintable papers are too (when using the correct paint). Check product specifications or ask us before ordering.

Samples

How do I order wallpaper samples?
Samples are ordered directly from individual wallpaper product pages.
Are samples free?
Yes, all wallpaper samples are currently free, but there is a small delivery charge added at the cart to cover delivery costs.
How accurate are samples?
They are cut from real wallpaper stock so colour and texture are true to the finished product.
How many samples should I order?
We recommend comparing a few options together to see how they react to your room’s lighting.

Returns & Cancellations

Can I return wallpaper rolls?

This will vary per brand and pattern so see the details on individual product items.

Some wallpapers are printed to order, such as MindTheGap. Made-to-order items are non-returnable.

Because many wallpapers are batch printed, and return fees are paid for by the customer, we would always advise that you check quantities carefully and order samples first.

Some items are sold in packs. Individual wallpaper rolls from pack sales cannot be returned, you would need to return the pack in its entirety if it was no longer required.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve the issue quickly.

Can I cancel made-to-order items?
Made-to-order and personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Product & Stock

Are items in stock?

Stock availability varies by supplier. If timing is important, please contact us before ordering.

We try our utmost to keep stock levels up-to-date.

Made to order items effectively never go out of stock.

Will colours match if I order later?
Wallpaper batches can vary slightly, so always order all required rolls together.
Do you restock discontinued items?
Once discontinued by the manufacturer we cannot usually obtain further stock.

Care & Installation Advice

Do you provide installation services?
We do not install products but can advise on preparation and suitability.
How should I prepare walls before wallpapering?

Walls should be clean, smooth and dry. Lining paper or wall preparation products may be required depending on surface condition.

Can I clean wallpaper?

Cleaning depends on the wallpaper type — spongeable and washable wallpapers can be gently wiped.
